I posted last month about how wonderful it is to sell or give away your unused belongings. This December, I set a goal to bring in more extra money than I spent. And it has been FUN!
At a time of year when many people are spending a lot more money than usual and worrying about the money going out the door, I am watching money come in!
I have been selling things on craigslist and my husband has been doing extra side work. We did all of our Christmas shopping early, so there is very little extra spending this month and a lot of extra income!
As an added extra, we get to start off the new year with a more spacious home and some money set aside for a much-needed vacation.
