This is a challenge for many. For one day (just one day…you can do it), turn off ALL screens. No TV. No computer. No smart phone (unless you are using it as an actual phone).
During this time, you can connect with others or with yourself. Read. Exercise. Listen to music. Talk to people. Clean. Think. Dream.
Do something other than engaging with electronic devices.
I’m very guilty of this. I can’t write my blog without a computer, but I can write one day early.
Enjoy an un-digital day…at least for one day.
